Callistemon Cattle Co sells 163 Santa cross cattle at Emerald prime and store sale

GOOD rainfall totals across Central Queensland were a boon to the local backgrounder and processor demand at the Emerald Prime and Store Cattle Sale on Thursday, where the steer price peaked at 866c/kg for a pen of steers under 280 kilograms.
