Rick and Jenny Keogh, Amaroo, Blackall, celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Terrick Terrick Merino Stud when 99 rams sold for a top price of $3600 to average $1650 at the Blackall Showgrounds last Tuesday representing 100 per cent clearance.

Mr Keogh said they very happy with the how the rams presented.
"I thought last year's draft was the best we had put forward, and this years rams were certainly on a par with them.
"Both the top price and the sale average is the best recorded to date."
The top price ram was bought by the Bredhauer family, Lambert Pastoral Co, Charleville. It was one of two rams purchased by them.
The Bredhauers also paid
Duncan Ferguson buying on behalf of David Cameron, Bungara at Burren Junction, NSW, paid the second top price of $2400. In all Bungara finished with 10 rams to average $22070.
Greg Hunt of the Australian Wool Network acted on behalf of the Batt family, Eldwick, Stonehenge, and finished with 17 rams to average $1788.
Other volume buyers included the McNamara family from Abbotsford, Stamford, who bought 9 poll rams, the and Mims Grazing, Tucson, Longreach who finished with seven rams, and Paula Dean, Notus Downs Longreach who finished with six rams.
Two new buyers were active this year icnluding Bill and Mary-Anne Ringrose, Aberfeldy Pastoral, North Elmsdale, Ilfracombe who finished with 13 rams to average $1712,with while Boyd and Mandy Curran, Tallyrand, Longreach bought four rams to average $1800.
