A teenage boy has died after he was involved in an ATV rollover on a private property on the Capricorn Coast on late Friday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to a private property at Bungundarra, 17 kilometres north-west of Yeppoon, at 5.49pm on Friday August 27.
The RACQ CapRescue helicopter was tasked to the scene and the 14-year-old male was airlifted to the Rockhampton Hospital in a critical condition with head and chest injuries
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the 14-year-old died in hospital a short time after.
Police are preparing a report for the coroner.
