Beef producers cheerfully gathered in Rockhampton Friday evening to attend the 2021 Central Queensland Carcase Classic presentation dinner.
The dinner was held at the Frenchville Sports Club and attracted around 180 guests for a magnificent night of celebration and festivities.
The CQCC event, which held its very first competition in 2008, continues to provide a platform for producers to showcase their product, allowing them to benchmark themselves against others in the region.
With Covid 19 restrictions in place last year the 2020 presentation dinner was unfortunately unable to go ahead. However, the committee made sure to recognise the 2020 winners for their outstanding efforts at this years dinner, inviting them on stage to commiserate.
There was a delicious steak dinner, which was closely followed by the 2021 presentation with this years winners and placegetters showcased for their efforts.
A wonderful night was had by all.
