Once again, the lightweight weaner steer and heifer market remained solid with weaner steers up to 200kg topping at 490c/kg to return $845/head, while heifers in the same weight range topped at 464c.
Rawbelle Charbray cows sold for 295c at 735kg returning $2169/head and Charbray heifers made 368c at 420kg returning $1546.
Mulgildie Droughtmaster-cross heifers sold for 362c at 400kg returning $1448.
Monto Santa-cross steers sold for 490c at 172kg returning $845 and Santa-cross steers sold for 484c at 210kg returning $1016.
Eidsvold crossbred heifers sold for 464c at 141kg returning $658.
Eidsvold Brangus-cross steers sold for 432c at 311kg returning $1347.
Mundubbera Brangus-cross steers sold for 442c at 208kg returning $919 and Brangus-cross steers for 484c at 249kg returning $1205.
Abercorn Brahman-cross steers sold for 378c at 485kg returning $1834.
