Backed by six generations of local knowledge and proven success in the local real estate industry, Mr Adams now has the backing of Australasia's largest real estate company.
The 25-year-old entered the industry the day he turned 18. After working on reception at a local agency, he decided to try his hand as a buyer's agent and eventually became a successful listing agent.
Before the age of 21, he was transacting more than 50 properties per year and eventually made the move to becoming a principal and opening his own agency.
"It became clear to me that the Ray White Rural brand really does speak for itself and the company goal is to make it so much easier for us to be good at what we do," Mr Adams said.
"I believe Ray White Rural is exactly what my team and I need to amplify our careers."
Gympie, a town of about 30,000 people, is characterised by anything from duplex units in the centre of the city to farming properties.
"The region has so much potential and is perfect for families looking for that rural lifestyle and the activities that come with it; fishing, four-wheel driving, national parks, and only a 50 minute drive to beautiful Noosa," he said.
Mr Adams comes from a fifth generation family of builders in Gympie, and he was the first to break the mould and move into the real estate industry instead.
"My true passion lies in real estate so this is the path I decided to take... and I absolutely love it," he said.
Richard Murray, the existing business owner, will stay on as a salesperson in the business, and the pair are very excited to now be working in partnership together.
"Our whole team are generational Gympietes and the core leadership team are all young, enthusiastic, tech savvy and eager to learn," he said.
"We have focused quite heavily on the houses in town in the past, but I am looking forward to expanding my market share into the rural market place as well," Mr Adams said.
