The property was bought by Upscale Pastoral 3, a small Queensland based ag fund.

Developed primarily for beef production, the property has dams, tanks and a network of stock water troughs, good fencing, two houses and cattle yards.

Agent Trenton Hindman, Colliers International, said the marketing campaign resulted in 15 inspections based on 35 inquiries.

"Potential buyers were attracted by the secure and constant passive income stream provided by the gas wells," Mr Hindman said.

The marketing of Rowena was handled by Trenton Hindman and Peter Uebergang from Colliers International.
