THE Rural Doctors Association of Queensland conference has come to an end in Cairns after three days of informative forums and social events.
The 30th annual event was held in Cairns this year and wrapped up with the David Horn Memorial Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony at the Pullman International Hotel.
The conference has been the most successful yet for the organisation, with a record number of delegates.
It attracted health care professionals, associated bodies and medical students from across Queensland.
Saturday night's dinner was a sell out and several high achieving doctors and students were recognised with awards.
