Peter Simpson sold some Droughtmaster steers 16 months for $925. David and Colleen Smith of Manumbar sold Droughtmaster steer calves for $595. D and T Clancey of Linville had Charolais cross steer calves for $620.
Glenn and Carol Beanland sold Charolais cross steers eight months light condition for $525. A G McDonald of Maidenwell sold Charolais cross steer calves for $545.
Craig and Mary Firrell of Buaraba had 16 months Limousin cross steers for $1000. P. Muller of Yarraman had Hefeford Brahman cross steers 12 months for $725. Margaret Horrocks sold Charolais steer calves for $490.
Heart E Grazing Co. sold good framed Charbray cows with young calves for $1270. KW and ET Zabel sold Droughtmaster cows for $1200, as did P. Muller’s Brahman cows.
PTIC aged Droughtmaster cows sold for $995.
Heifers suitable for joining this season were in quite good demand. Merv Burows Charolais cross heifers 16 months sold for $895. Ben and Alice Roughan had Charolais cross heifers 18 months for $925.
Warren Chapman of Thangool sold 16 months Charolais cross heifers for $890 and 12 months Brangus for $660.
Craig and Mary Firrell had Euro cross heifers 16 months for $840.
