There was a quality line up of heavy feeder steers and they sold accordingly with Charbray steers from Shane and Sandra Bishop, Garglen, selling for $3.08 ($1328) and $3.10 ($1158).
Droughtmaster steers from The Attard Family, Kybong sold for $3.06 ($1246 & $1178).
Droughtmaster steers from Don Law, Kenilworth sold for $3.02 ($1284 and $1263), Droughtmaster steers from Greg Nuske, Kin Kin sold to $3.01 and $2.99 ($1249 and $1202).
Charbray steers from N&C Zahner, Bundaberg made $3.04 ($1270).

Simmental cross steers from D, J, K&K Adams, Gin Gin made $3.99 to return $743 and $645.
Generally better quality weaner steers sold from $3.50 to $4.01/KG.
Quality females met spirited competition from re-stockers.

Brangus heifers from Oakcharm Pty Ltd made $3.29 ($827). Quality Droughtmaster heifers from BH&SO Portas, Woolooga made $3.33 to return $823 and $793.
Simmental cross heifers from D, J, K&K Adams, Gin Gin sold for $3.45 to return $737 and $707. Charbray heifers from The North Family, Durrumboi, Gunalda made $3.29 ($762). Better quality lines of weaner heifers sold for $3.00 to $3.45
Cows and calves topped at $1500 for Brahman cross cows and calves from B&M Ramsay, Glastonbury. Droughtmaster cross cows and calves from Ron Hawkins made $1425.
