Covering 386 hectares (954 acres) of predominately level self-mulching black to grey soils, the farm near Dalby is ideally suited to both grain and cotton production.
Oakdale is be offered ready for summer production on the farm’s 364ha of cultivation. At present about 80ha can be irrigated with a total of 243ha laser leveled for future development.
There is a 233ML water storage with a development approval in place to increase to 1022ML. At present there is a pumping capacity of 55ML/day with approvals in place to increase to 323ML/day.
Water is also supplied from a bore pumping about 110,000 litres/hour and a stock and domestic bore providing water to the house and garden.
Improvements on the property located 12km south east of Dalby include a three-bedroom home and a silo complex with aerator.
