Aussie Helpers made the announcement to help areas, specifically St Lawrence, Lotus Creek and Clarke Creek, that had not been mentioned in national media reports.
Aussie Helpers’ volunteers will visit affected farming families and provide them with $500 vouchers for both fuel and groceries in their local towns.
Assistance will also be given for material products to replace pumps, tanks or boundary fences.
Helicopter pilots who donate their time and choppers in distributing food and water will be reimbursed for the fuel used in the rescue mission.
It comes after a group chopper pilots spent their weekend flying food and supplies to stranded residents around the affected areas.
Donations can be made at www.aussiehelpers.org.au/donations/ or by calling Aussie Helpers on 1300 665 232.
