Steers over 550kg sold to 271c and averaged 262c, while steers in the 400-550kg sold to 265c and averaged 255c.
WT&JA Harris, Quebec, Roma, sold Droughtmaster-cross steers to 271c for 602kg to return $1633/head.
Colac Cable Harvesting, Gooyea Station, Quilpie, sold Brahman-cross steers to 259c for 568kg to return $1472. The Brahman-cross cows sold to 220c for 517kg to return $1139.
Heifers over 450kg made to 260c and averaged 249c, while heifers in the 350-450kg sold to 240c, averaging 231c.
Bates Pastoral Co, Boyton, Wallumbilla, sold Santa-cross heifers for 260c for 460kg to return $1196. Cows over 500kg peaked at 244c and averaged 222c, while cows in the 400-500kg class topped at 223c and averaged 204c.
Cows 300-400kg sold to 100c and averaged 94c. LT&ML Price, Mt Hope, Wallumbilla, sold Droughtmaster cows to 244c for 530kg to return $1294.
Keddstock Pty Ltd, Moongool, Yuleba, sold Charolais-cross cows to 227c for 668kg to return $1517. Wallabella, Wallumbilla, sold Brangus-cross cows to 222c for 535kg to return $1188. Bulls over 600kg earned to 238c and averaged 217c.
