THE top shelf Brookstead farming property Worrenda will be auctioned in Pittsworth on March 17.
The superb treeless plain property comprises of 196 hectares (485 acres) of deep, black self-mulching clay soils.
About 190ha (470 acres) is cultivated and currently planted to Bollgard cotton. The cotton crop is included in the sale.
Worrenda is also being sold with a 308 megalitre nominal annual groundwater allocation. There are two equipped irrigation bores and a stock and domestic bore which supplied was to the residence and is used for spraying.
