Entries are rolling in for the Faces of Australian Cotton photography competition, with $8000 in prizes available.
The competition is designed to capture striking images of the industry’s greatest asset – its people – and is open to all photographers: amateur, enthusiast or professional.
The competition has three categories:
1. Aussie cotton growers and industry personnel: capturing the character of the industry.
2. Aussie cotton families: people on the land.
3. Innovation in cotton: people demonstrating the latest technologies and equipment.
Entries close June 24, 2016.
Recipients will be announced and their winning entry displayed at the 18th Australian Cotton Conference at the Gold Coast (August 2-4, 2016).
Conference delegates will also have an opportunity to vote for the people's choice category.
