Located north west of Normanton, the 125,000ha (308,876 acre) term lease is being offered with 15,400 branded Bos Indicus cattle and followers as well as plant.
Elders conducted the auction in the Tattersall's Club in Brisbane.
Three parties registered to bid. About 40 people attended the auction.
