The event was headlined by Troy Cassar-Daley, who took to the stage on Saturday night.
The evening included other leading artists Lyn Bowtell, Pete Denahy and adopted local, Markus Meier.
Also performing were Mackay’s Tommy Contor and The Anthony Taylor Band from Ingham.
Lyn and Tommy returned to the stage for a spirited set with The Anthony Taylor Band later in the night.
Competition was on for the rest of the weekend, with up-and-comers vying for the prizes of a junior and senior scholarship to the CMAA Academy of Country Music.
Tamworth will now welcome Townsville’s Phoebe Foster Griffith and Mackay’s Judah Kelly, who were both placegetters at the Sarina Country Music Festival in July this year.
The night’s last act, the Anthony Taylor Band, were joined onstage by fellow singers Tommy Contor and Lyn Bowtell. Click on the image to see a gallery of photos from the event.
