He was airlifted to hospital early this morning by the Gold Coast RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter.
The man suffered suspected head and spinal injuries from the fall, which occurred at a cattle property about 15 kilometres north west of Lake Atkinson.
He was treated at the scene by CareFlight’s critical care doctor and flight paramedic and was flown to Brisbane's Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
