UPDATED 5pm: A TAIWANESE national in his twenties who died in a high-impact head-on collision on Lakes Creek Road at Rockhampton last night at 6pm, is an employee of nearby Teys Australia meat processing plant.

The decease man’s travelling companions, the 24-year-old male driver of the car and a 23-year-old male passenger, also both Taiwanese nationals, and workers at Teys Australia, were transported to Rockhampton Hospital and are in a serious condition.
