Seafarms Group is offering for sale the novation of the option to purchase the 285,270 hectare (704,918 acre) station. The offering includes all land and a cattle herd totalling 27,000 Brahman cattle.

Legune Station is described as having a combined carrying capacity of 31,000 adult equivalents.

The property property also has significant agricultural development opportunities underpinned by a 35,000 megalitre dam and proximity to Ord River Irrigation Area

Legune is located 130km north east of Kununurra with all-weather access to be established in accordance with development of Project Sea Dragon.
