Best bulls ex Kunioon topped at 273.2c/kg, 705kg a/c Rasmussen & Hansen. Best bullocks ex Kingaroy sold to 286.2c and a run of 88 heavy steers 536kg ex Cunnamulla topped at 284.2c. Heavy heifers in limited supply sold to 287.2c.
Holstein steers sold for $1130/hd in store condition. Best cows ex Miles topped at 249.2c in pen lots. Grain fed trade steers a/c Ray Black, Kingaroy weighing 450kg made 348.2c to return $1530.
Feeder steers suited to trade sold from 350-372.2c. A line of 91 heifers ex Wandoan sold to a top of 341.2c to average 326c, 230kg average weight to return $751/hd average.
Lightweight Angus steers a/c Rockview Partnership weighing 230kg sold to an impressive 430c to return $991 with cows and calves from same area sold in pen lots to $2300.
