Participants will have access to experienced auctioneers and speech pathologists to ensure they learn effective practices, voice conservation and care techniques.
ALPA members with less than 10 years’ industry experience are reminded that nominations are now open for the 2016 ALPA Fairfax Media Agency Award. It acknowledges an innovative marketing campaign that achieves the best outcome for the client. The award was established to reward excellence in livestock marketing, but has now evolved to incorporate all facets of marketing including livestock, property, wool, merchandise and insurance.
The ALPA Fairfax Media Agency Award winner will win a fully paid trip to the 2017 Calgary Stampede, not only allowing them to showcase their capabilities but also offering them an opportunity to gain exposure to international agricultural practices and unrivalled professional development. Candidates will provide submissions based on a marketing initiative they have executed and one final winner will be awarded the Mike Nixon Shield for Excellence in Marketing at the 2016 ALPA AGM in Sydney.
