TWO Australian females have risen to the top of an elite line up of international exhibits to take out the Miss World title of their respective breeds.
Announced on Tuesday via Facebook, Shorthorn Miss World was presented to Royalla Merendee P161 while the Santa Gertrudis Miss World sash was won by Santahat Queen B Q79.
Both females won grand champion female of their respective breeds at Beef Australia 2021 and had to beat a host of other countries to reach the world title.
While Australia had success in the preliminary bull section, none secured a world title.

Santahat Queen B Q79 had only calved a week prior to Beef Australia 2021 which qualified her for the online world competition.
Breeder Brett Hatton of Santahat stud, Rawbelle, Monto, said it was nice to get recognition on a world level.
The three-year-old daughter of Yarrawonga Friendly L690 and out of Santahat K48, presented with a week-old bull calf-at-foot affectionately named Sunny by the Hatton family children.
"We are hoping to flush her in the near future and join her to Warenda Killamanjaro we bought for $50,000 from the Santa Central Sale in 2015 and to Waco Red Bull R32 we purchased this year for $130,000," Mr Hatton said.
Shorthorn Miss World winner, Royalla Merendee P161, received eight points to take the top honour and was placed first by two of the four judges including Andrew Masterton of South Africa and Non Thorne of Wales.
Bred and exhibited by Neilson, Sue and Nicholas Job of Royalla Shorthorns, Yeoval, NSW, she was sold in the Job Family's 50th Anniversary Jubilee Sale in October where she was purchased for $29,000 by the Durham family of The Den, Mole Creek, Tas.
This win marks the second time the Job family has won the prestigious title, also claiming it in 2016 with Royalla Isobel H135.
