Good quality young cattle were in the largest numbers along with a small selection of heavy grown steers and cows.
Buyer attendance was good and included a large number of local and interstate restockers.
Prices for light weight yearling steers and heifers returning to the paddock continued to improve.
Feeder operators were also very active in the market and lifted average prices on suitable yearling steers and heifers.
