Queensland police and ambulance officers attended the scene on Saturday.
A three-year-old boy was transferred to the Queensland Children's Hospital on Saturday night in a critical condition after he was hit by a car at a private residence in Goondiwindi.
Queensland police and ambulance officers responded to the incident at about 3.20pm and the boy was taken to Goondiwindi Hospital before being air lifted to Brisbane.

A Queensland Police spokesperson said the toddler was transferred to Brisbane "late last night".
