A bull sale isn't the first place that you would think of to get your COVID vaccine, but LiveLife Pharmacy took the vaccinations straight to beef cattle producers on Tuesday.
The Gracemere pharmacy were offering doses of the Moderna vaccine across day two and three of the Rockhampton Brahman Week Sale at CQLX.
Pharmacy intern Sarah MacKenzie said the company wanted to make it easier for those in rural areas to access the vaccine, which was why they ran a walk-in clinic at such a popular event.

"It's great to try and make it more accessible for people because a lot of people would have come from a long way away and may not necessarily have access to vaccination clinics wherever they're from," Ms MacKenzie said.
Ms MacKenzie said that just their presence had reminded producers to book vaccinations with their local doctors when they got home.
"So that's awesome to see that they're working towards it, or already partially or fully vaccinated," she said.
It coincidentally comes on the same day the Queensland government announced it would send text messages and recorded voice messages to millions of people across the state urging them to get vaccinated.
The text will read; "This is a message from Queensland Health. Get your COVID-19 vaccine today. It's safe, effective and free. Go to www.covid19vaccine.qld.gov.au/ActNow. If you've already been vaccinated, please encourage your family and friends to do so as well. Thanks Queensland!"
Queenslanders are urged not to treat the message as spam and block the number as it is used nationally for emergencies and disasters.
