The Jimbour farming aggregation consisting of Yuruga, Nu-Allora, Tee-Jay and Claphams owned by the McVeigh and Maher families are for sale, selling by expressions of interest closing on November 4.
The families have owned the country for the past 60 years, and overall the four properties total 902 hectares of farming country.
A breakdown of each farm area is Yuruga at 258.934ha; Nu-Allora consists of 258.9ha; Tee-Jay is 258ha and Claphams is over 126.09ha, and they are located between 28 to 32 kilometres north west of Dalby.
Selling agent Roger Lyne, Eastern Rural, Dalby said the aggregation represented a rare opportunity to acquire a grain and cotton property on the highly productive and renowned Jimbour Plains, with 99 per cent of land under cultivation.
"Rural assets such as these are in extremely high demand during these times of growth within Australian agricultural property boom," Mr Lyne said.
"They will be being offered in four separate parcels and will be offered bare of crop with all improvements presenting in excellent condition."
Of the four holding, three of the properties present as an opportunity to manage as a standalone operation.
The flexible expressions of interest offers prospective buyers to tender as a whole or on individual properties within the aggregation.
Country consists of broad level plains of basaltic alluvium, with deep black self-mulching Waco clay soils. There is minimal slope causing little to no erosion but providing excellent water shedding characteristics without losing cultivation to wet areas.
