The Royal Queensland Steakhouse & Bar presented by JBS Australia and four renowned Brisbane guest chefs will serve the nation's best steak, lamb, wine and cheese at this year's Ekka.
The menu has been sourced from each of the 2021 winners at the prestigious Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show.
Top of the menu includes the 2021 branded beef Grand Champion, Stockyard Black Wagyu rib fillet and lamp champion Union Station lamb rack.
Joining them is JBS' award-winning premium brands of steak including Riverina Angus, Thousand Guineas, Queenslander Beef and Yardstick, and Royal 100 steaks from this year's highly contested Paddock to Palate.
JBS's business development manager, Denis Conroy said that the Steakhouse will not only showcase the best producers have on offer but give them a chance to indulge in the top quality product they provide.

"This is a great opportunity for anyone at the Ekka to experience premium beef served up by Brisbane's best chefs," he said.
"Importantly, the Steakhouse gives producers the opportunity for producers, who are in town for the Ekka, to try for themselves the top quality beef that comes from their cattle."
The best prepared by the best
Ekka head chef Dean Brewer and his team will be joined by a different guest chef for four nights during the Ekka, delivering a unique menu for each.
The guest chefs are; Javier Codina from his own restaurant Moda, Frank Correnti from the iconic Norman Hotel, Alessandro Frisone from Fatcow Steak & Lobster and Simon Street from the Brisbane staple the Regatta Hotel.
"It's great opportunity to work alongside some of Brisbane's top chefs, each bringing their unique spin to the kitchen," Mr Brewer said.
"The chefs come from some of Brisbane's favourite and most premium restaurants as well as some the city's most iconic venues.
"Each night will include a different menu has different, featuring the best of Australia's product."
The Royal Queensland Steakhouse & Bar is open each day during the Ekka - from 12pm to 9pm, Saturday 7 August to Sunday 15 August.
Tickets for the Guest Chef Series events are $170 per person which also includes entry to the Ekka.
Going ahead as planned
In the face of COVID uncertainty, thousands of cattle and producers are expecting to arrive in Brisbane from all over the country as part of Ekka Beef Week - one of the biggest agricultural events in the Southern Hemisphere.

"There's wonderful community support for the comeback show and we have been working closely with Queensland Health since December last year to bring the country and city back together safely."
Agricultural Shows Australia executive officer Katie Stanley said that all national agricultural competitions are expected to go ahead as planned for the comeback event.
"At this stage - pending any border closures - the 2021 National Finals will be going ahead at the Ekka including the National Rural Ambassadors," she said.
"We are keeping a close eye on the evolving COVID situation in both Victoria and NSW and will review these states closer to the time pending any border restrictions.
New Zealand competitors will not be featured in the years events, and states have been given the option to find a replacement, should they need to.
"Should competitors be unable to attend due to personal circumstances, each state has the opportunity to send their reserve competitor,"
