Agents Bartholomew & Co reported a fully firm market for all descriptions at their Beaudesert store sale on Saturday.

Feeder and restocker steers met a competitive panel of both local and travelled buyers. Weaner steers and heifers and females with breeding potential continue to sell well.

Eurara Pty Ltd, Jackson, sold Charbray steers two years for $1940. John Gurney, Obum Obum, sold Droughtmaster steers 18 months for $1750. Droughtmaster steers 15 months account Dale Oppermann, Kerry, sold for $1700. Ben Harmer, Kingsholme, sold Droughtmaster steers 15 months for $1600.

Santa steers 15 months account Steven and Jane Struss, Gleneagle, sold for $1590. Tony and Jacky White, Kerry, sold Santa cross steers 15 months for $1490. Charbray weaner steers account the Estate of Eva Shirley, Beaudesert, sold for $1710. Len Bundy, Palen Creek, sold Santa weaner steers for $1400.
