Located 27km from Chinchilla and 66km from Jandowae, the asking price of the 518 hectare (1279 acre) freehold property is equal about to about $3282/ha ($1329/acre).
About 400ha has previously been blade ploughed and established to buffel, bambatsi, Rhodes grass and Gatton panic pastures. A further 40ha has been recently blade ploughed and planted to pasture.
Water is supplied by four larger dams and two smaller dams.
