Droughtmaster feeder steers topped at 438c for Droughtmaster steers from M Seath, Glen Echo, to return $2053 and $1867. Charbray steers from the Gear family, Bollier, made 420c ($2213). Charbray steers from Rod Cotter, Widgee, made 434c ($1871). Charbray cross steers from the Heath family, Calgoa, topped at 440c ($1639 and $1570).
Quality Charolais cross weaner steers from Noosa Natural Yalanga Station sold for 666c to return $1725, $1590 and $1434. Droughtmaster steers from K and L Small, Gunalda, made 608c ($1277). Generally weaner steers sold from 560c to 620c pending weight and quality.
Feeder heifers were limited in supply and sold to 408c. Weaner heifers to restockers sold from 490c to 526c. Weaner heifers to processors sold from 420c to 462c.
