Australian-owned, Granular Products, manufactures and distributes Australian-made herbicides from a state-of-the-art purpose-built manufacturing facility in Rockhampton, says national sales manager Paul Hubbard.

"Our products are designed to assist in the control of invasive grasses and woody weeds and are specifically developed to suit Australian conditions," Mr Hubbard said.

He said Granular Products have been operating for more than 15 years, employing a small, dedicated team of personnel across Queensland and New South Wales.

"We have a team of experienced and approved aerial operators to apply our herbicides. Products are applied by fixed wing, helicopter, and drone for those smaller or hard to reach areas."

Granular Products Regain granules contain the active ingredient Tebuthiuron for controlling invasive woody weeds, such as brigalow, box, tea tree, prickly acacia, and mimosa.

"Regain 400 is specifically designed for aerial application and Regain 200 is available for hand and ground application. Our customers experience many benefits after using Regain to treat woody weeds, including improved carrying capacity, weight gains on cattle and improved overall productivity," Mr Hubbard said.

Granular Products is committed to providing better weed control through granular herbicide innovation.

Granular Products Flupropanate Granules are the only granular Flupropanate herbicide available in Australia. GP Flupropanate provides control of invasive grasses, such as giant rats tail grass, Parramatta grass, serrated tussock, African lovegrass, various needle grasses, coolatai grass and others and is applied by ground and air.

The Granular Products team are excited to be launching the all new Regain 750 WG herbicide in time for Beef Australia 2021.

"The launch of Regain 750WG has been a joint project with MLA, and offers alternative control to granule applications, it's targeted for large sections of grazing land to minimise future infestations and allow productive grazing. The new formulation provides graziers with an option to manage infestations as they arise, by using existing spray equipment and their previous knowledge of spray chemicals," Mr Hubbard said.

Mr Hubbard said the company is based on problem solving and has been built from personal relationships.

"We listen to our customers and, together with our team of resellers and aerial applicators, provide individual, holistic weed management programs to solve your problem.

"We offer a full service model. We have vegetation consultants who come on farm, identify weed species and soil types, discuss management options and how paddocks work, map out treatment areas while ensuring compliance with the Vegetation Management Act and reef regulations.

"We're committed to providing a future in better weed control through granular herbicide innovation and through the production and supply of high quality granular products suitable for Australian conditions."
