AFTER more than 65 years of ownership, the Wegener family is sellling its Jimbour Plain property Glenmore.

The 302ha (745 acre) property is located 1km from Macalister, 16km from Jimbour and 26km from Dalby.

Glenmore comprises of all flat, arable land in one of Queensland's most highly regarded farming regions.

Improvements include a four bedroom timber home, large machinery shed, hay shed, 360 tonne of grain storage, and a bore.

Warrina

Also heading to auction is the cattle grazing lifestyle property Warrina.

Located just off the Bunya Highway between Dalby and Bell, the attractive property features a three bedroom brick home, a large machinery shed, hay shed, cattle yards, bore and dam.

The 113ha (279 acre) property contains an area of about 65ha of former cultivation country, which now grows a strong stand of improved pasture.

Both Glenmore and Warrina will be auction by Elders in Dalby on March 30.

Pinelands

Pinelands is a 762ha (1882 acre) property at Gurulmundi.

To be auctioned by Elders in Miles on March 24, Pinelands is predominantly forestry country with some open grazing areas.

The property features a number of income streams including cattle, timber and gas.

Infrastructure included a home, cattle yards and excellent fencing.
