The top shelf farming property Jerematta will test property values when it is put forward at an online auction by selling agents Fitzsimmons Real Estate, closing on March 18 at 2pm.
Jerematta is in the renowned Inverai/Jandowae district and comprises 259 hectares held in one title.
It consists of brigalow/belah black self-mulching soils with the majority being under cultivation, but is fallow ready for winter planting.
