RAY White Ipswich is being expanded to service the needs of the Ipswich and Somerset regions, the Brisbane Valley and Scenic Rim rural communities.
Principal Warren Ramsey, who grew up in Jandowae and spent his early years working on a property in the Northern Territory, said he was excited to be opening Ray White Rural Ipswich.
"I've always loved the country and have been doing rural and agricultural sales for many years," Mr Ramsey said.
"In fact I live in the Brisbane Valley so for me this is a natural extension of my business and passion too.
"There has been huge demand for people looking for lifestyle properties in the Ipswich, Somerset and Scenic Rim region and down to Boonah as it's an easy commute to Toowoomba, Ipswich and Brisbane."
Warren Ramsey has owned Ray White Ipswich for more than 26 years. In that time he has seen the company grow to include a highly successful residential sales team and residential property management division.
Ray White Rural managing director Stephen Nell said he was delighted to welcome Warren Ramsey into the rural side of the business.
"We are delighted that Warren has chosen to partner with us in the rural network and have no doubt they will be an asset to the group, and keep serving his community well," Mr Nell said.
"We look forward to supporting them and celebrating Warren and his team's continued rural success."
