Best bullocks from DA and LW Janke, weighing 669kg returned $2545/head.
Best bulls from Westbrook weighing 860kg returned $2607.
Heavy feeder steers from Lawrie Cooper made 413.2c/kg.
Cows from Robyn Nobbs sold at 299.2c to return $1870.
Trade steers from Warren Folker sold at 444.2c and heifers to 420c.
Feeder steers from EC and MJ Scrivener sold in pen lots to 416.2c to return $1459.
Steers returned to the paddock from JS and E Macqueen, Highfields, weighing 243kg sold to 524c to return $1273.
Light weight Angus steers from Greenmount topped the day at 530.2c, weighing 222kg to return $1179.
Toowoomba agents also sold 266 pigs on Monday. All classes of pigs sold to cheaper rates with one buyer out and a breakdown with a local abattoir.
Sows sold a little cheaper with a large number of store pigs which saw a large reduction in prices across the board.
Prime pork made $270 and prime light bacon sold for $225. Boars made $140 and sows made $460.
Forward stores returned $170, weaners made $130 and suckers sold for $78.
