ELEVEN of the 16 dual timber/grazing properties offered by Ray White Rural Mundubbera and Eastern Rural Dalby sold under the hammer at an online auction on September 24.
The properties were located in six locations: Kumbia, Kingaroy, Murgon, Boondooma, Proston and Gurgeena, and ranged in size from 63 hectares to 460ha.
In the Gurgeena district: Heidricks, Pressland One and Sydney 311Ha (768 acres) made an auction topping $1.25 million; Pressland Two 64ha (158 acres) $270,000; Hebbard 63ha (157 acres) $330,000; and Meredith 64Ha (160 acres) $600,000.
In the Murgon district: Cobbs Hickmont 460ha (1136 acres) $580,000; Cole 164ha (405 acres) $435,000; and Eisenmenger 105ha (261 acres) $200,000.
Across in the Kumbia district Brennan 65ha (161 acres) made $260,000.
The Proston district property Ewart 390ha (964 acres) sold for $590,000.
Boondooma district property Reddan 419ha (1035 acres) made $670,000 and Thomson 167ha (413 acres) $180,000.
Overall, 40 bidders registered for the online auction.
The remaining five properties available are: McLaughlin 63ha (156 acres) at Mannuem, Barron 124ha (306 acre) at Wattle Grove; Dugdell 101ha (248 acres) at Benair, Cairns 128ha (317 acres), and Lee 133ha (327 acres) both located at Abbeywood.
The timber includes spotted gum, western white gum, Gympie messmate, and ironbark.
