Vendors were able to return to the Dalby Saleyards once more for the Elders Feeder and Store Challenge.
A yarding of 1300 head was penned for the event, with Elders Dalby branch manager Ashley Loveday saying they were very happy with how the market performed.
"It's good to see people back at the saleyards. We were meant to have this sale in April and had to cancel it due to COVID and once they started lifting restrictions we thought we'd take a chance," Mr Loveday said.
There was strong competition for the event but it was Kelvin and Kathy Rule, Charleville, who took home the grand champion accolade with their pen of 15 Charolais-cross steers. Peter and Julie Walz, Wandoan, also took home a number of class wins.
