A 42-year-old man has died after falling from a moving vehicle on the Aramac town common.
The incident occurred at around 6.30pm on Wednesday.
Police say two men were travelling in a ute on the town common when the passenger fell from the vehicle and suffered critical injuries.
An ambulance was called but the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver, from Aramac, was not injured in the incident.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and there are no further details at this stage.
