Australian spray manufacturer Goldacres have partnered with Aussie Pumps to develop a new batching system, resulting in faster mixing and transfer of agricultural chemicals.
Aussie Pumps chief engineer John Hales said the Goldacres Batchmate incorporated an 800 litre tank with a Honda driven Aussie three inch smart pump.
The system then relies on a high capacity venturi with a chemical induction probe to enable fast and efficient mixing.
Mr Hales said the the pump was a self-priming RSEBSV model, which incorporated high flow capacity with excellent performance characteristics.
"It's great to see Australian manufacturers like Goldacres producing innovative machines like the Batchmate," he said.
"This purpose built machine saves time, and even features a 23 litre handwash tank with soap dispenser."
Mr Hales said the pump was manufactured from 30 per cent glass filled polyester, meaning it would withstand long term exposure to chemicals, while the mechanical seals and elastomers, including the check valve are compatible with most farm chemicals.
