WELL positioned western downs property Morwenstow is on the market, to be auctioned by Ruralco Property, GDL Real Estate in Toowoomba on March 20.
Located on the Surat Development Road 7km east of Glenmorgan, the 2678 hectare (6616 acres) property is in two freehold titles and has been divided into 11 paddocks.
Morwenstow is described as having mainly quality, soft brigalow, belah country running into portions of melon hole country. There is a mixture of brown to grey clay soil types with a portion of lighter red soils where Buffel grows prolifically in normal seasons.
