Droughtmaster and Brangus breeds shared the top sale honours on the final day of the annual February All Breeds Bull and Female Sale, CQLX, Gracemere.
Ending in a $1.3m gross, the sale saw sluggish demand for both British and European breeds on offer on the final day as compared to the opening day's trade.
In all, 227 bulls averaged $5200 for a 73 per cent clearance at auction, while 45 females averaged $3689 to clear 66pc.
Droughtmasters opened the day's proceedings with two bulls sharing $10,000 sums.
These were offered by the Wantmore Stud, Kingaroy, and the Robertson family's, By-Mingo Stud, Coalstoun Lakes.
The other $10,000 sale came late in the catalogue in the Brangus section of the sale, with McCormack family, Maccaboyz Stud, Yargullen, selling a 26-month-old entry to the Bogle family, Sky Pastoral, Emerald.

- 22 Brangus bulls averaged $4659 (top $10,000) - clearance 63 per cent.
- 1 Hereford bull $3500 - clearance 33pc
- 2 Limousin bulls averaged $3500 - (top $3500 twice) - total clearance
- 46 Droughtmaster bulls averaged $4826 - (top $10,000 twice) clearance 78pc
- 1 Droughtmaster female $2000 - (top $2000) - clearance 20pc
- 8 Simmental bulls averaged $4375 - (top $6000 three times) clearance 62pc
- 4 Simbrah bulls averaged $3500 - (top $3500 four times) - clearance 67pc
- 1 Red Angus bull $4000 - (top $4000) - total clearance
- 11 Black Angus bulls averaged $3772 - (top $5000) clearance 52pc
