Pasture-fed steers hit 345c at Moreton

Agents Boyd O'Brien Bartholomew reported a yarding, 1096 head, cattle at Moreton on Tuesday. Vealers and yearlings sold firm on last week's strong rates. A larger number of feeder steers came to hand and sold to an enthusiastic panel of buyers. Cows and ox sold well as did all grain assist and accredited cattle. Backgrounders maintained their rates as the dry weather continues the demand is getting less and less.
