A teenager is fighting for her life after a crash near Kaimkillenbun on the Dalby Cooyar Road this afternoon.
The female driver in her late teens was transported to Dalby by ambulance and will be flown to Brisbane.
Queensland Ambulance Service senior operations supervisor Mark Hancock said they received a Triple 0 call about the crash about 2.15pm and found the woman trapped in the vehicle..
"With the help of the fire service, the patient was removed from the vehicle and transported to Dalby Hospital in a critical condition," he said.
"I believe the patient has an altered level of consciousness with head injuries and multisystem trauma."
The crash comes after a 19-year-old Pittsworth man was killed in a two-vehicle collision at Mount Tyson on Sunday afternoon.
Around 3.10pm two cars collided at the intersection of Jondaryan Mount Tyson Road and Toowoomba Cecil Plains Road.
A 19-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 43-year-old man and two passengers, a 41-year-old woman and 2-year-old girl were taken to Toowoomba Base Hospital with minor injuries.
