Best bulls sold to a top of 276.2c/kg a/c DS and TM French, Pittsworth, while a bull from the same locality sold for $2837. Best bullocks a/c JD and KL Wilkes, Pittsworth, sold for 319.2c to return $2106.
Heavy steers a/c GW and KM Polzin, Meringandan, weighing 501kg returned $1529. No heavy feeders were yarded. Heavy heifers a/c Rodney Adams, Wyreema, sold for 247.2c to return $1334. A line of cows a/c RJ Earl, Greenmount, sold to 237.2c. Angus cows a/c T Deans, Athol, weighing 825kg sold for $1866.
Trade cattle to slaughter sold for a top of 302.2c with heavy feeders to the trade a/c Burwood Grazing, Pittsworth, selling to 304.2c. Vealer steers a/c KD and PM Roche, Rosalie Plains, sold to 299.2c to return $1069. Lightweight Angus steers a/c Steve and Nikki Kahler, Geham, sold to 274.2c to return $546.
