Weaner steers 220-280kg hit 328c at Roma store sale

A total of 4010 head of cattle were consigned at Roma's store sale on Tuesday. Weaner steers under 220kg topped at 308c/kg and averaged 268c, weaner steers 220-280kg reached 328c and averaged 266c. Steers 280-350kg reached 310c and averaged 266c, and steers 350-400kg reached 272c and averaged 261c. Feeder steers 400-550kg topping at 293c and averaging 273c. Cows and calves hit $760/unit.
