Medium weight yearling steers to feed, at the time of this report, have averaged 6c/kg less. However, heavy weight yearling steers to feed improved by 8c/kg. Light weight yearling heifers sold so far averaged 11c/kg cheaper, while the medium weight yearling heifers to feed lifted in price. Medium weight 2 score cows averaged 16c better and good heavy cows improved by 4c/kg.
C2 yearling steers to feed sold from 240c to 291.2c, averaging 271.6c to be 6c/kg cheaper on last week. C2 yearling heifers to restockers received from 194.2c to 196.2c, back 11c/kg.
Grown D2 steers made 224.2c, up 9c, while grown D1 heifers sold for 128.2c, 6c/kg cheaper. C3 manufacturing steers made 226.2c/kg. D2 cows made from 170.2c to 195.2c, averaging 183.6c to be 16c/kg dearer. D2 bulls received from 180.2c to 194.2c, averaging 189.3c, up 19c/kg.
