The 14th Annual Beaudesert Euro Show and Store Sale was held on Saturday with a yarding of 413 cattle.

Agents Bartholomew & Co reported a yarding of 413 head of cattle at their 14th Annual Beaudesert Euro Show and Store Sale on Saturday.

A quality line-up of heavy feeder steers came to hand and sold very well. The tops of the weaners met a dearer market with strong competition for both steers and heifers. Lesser quality types were slightly easier.

MRJ Properties, Palen Creek sold Euro crass steers 21/2 years for $1445. Charbray steers two years account Tin Horse Pty Ltd, Mt Lindesay, sold for $1190. Doug and Pam Hardgrave, Barney View, sold Angus steers 21/2 years for $1190.

Droughtmaster steers 12 months account Steve Moriarty, Canungra sold for $885. Len Bundy, Palen Creek sold Santa steers 12 months for $825. Limousin Speckle Park crass weaner steers account Paradise Creek Pastoral Co, Thornton sold for $975. Tru Investments, Beaudesert sold Charolais crass weaner steers for $710. Braford weaner steers account Glynn and Kelly Richards, Palen Creek sold for $660. Santa weaner steers from Trevor and Sue Whitehall, Mt Berryman sold for $550.

Paul Cahill, Palen Creek sold Droughtmaster weaner steers for $505. The Hollow Station, Josephville sold Charolais crass weaner steers for $485. Charbray heifers 14 months account John and Michelle Wyatt, Kalbar sold for $700. Len Bundy sold Santa heifers 12 months for $600. Bruce and Angela Gibson, Coleyville sold Charbray weaner heifers for $660. Trevor and Sue Whitehall sold Santa weaner heifers for $580. Charolais crass weaner heifers account Tru Investments sold for $500. Len Bundy sold Santa cows for $1250.

The next Beaudesert store sale will be held on Saturday April 27, starting at 9:30am.
