The trend of larger number continued with supply increasing by 1772 head to 7615 at Dalby on Wednesday. A fair panel of buyers was present and operating selectively in places. Medium weight yearling steers to feed averaged 11c/kg cheaper, however heavy weight yearling steers to feed sold to solid demand. Medium weight yearling heifers to feed sold 12c to 29c cheaper and local trade classes averaged 23c less. Poor conditioned cows averaged 17c cheaper and medium weight 2 scores eased 11c, while the better end of the cows averaged 4c to 12c cheaper.
