Central Highlands Rugby League kicked off the 2019 season over the weekend with the Highlands Hit-out held at McIndoe Park, Emerald.
The women's Highlands Hit-out final was won by the Emerald Tigers, who had an 18-12 win over the Dysart Bulls.
The men's Highlands Hit-out champions were Dysart Bulls, who beat Blackwater Crushers 10-4 in the final.
